2 year transformation. November 2013 - November 2015 

For 3 months I ate a raw vegan diet. The picture on the left is the result of those three months. For the next two years I struggled with nutrition as a college student. My weight fluctuated from improper nutrition but until July of 2015 I started eating more clean and beginning in the middle of October I began counting my macro nutrients and eating a high carb high protein diet with high intensity interval training. My supplements since September 2015 to the present are Rok Hard Body RHB supplements and I love them! I am happy and I feel strong and confident and am currently pursuing fitness and health as a career.
